
Cops disagree over MBPJ-linked CCTVs in pastor Koh inquiry

Testifying before the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) public hearing into pastor Raymond Koh’s disappearance, Selangor Criminal Investigation Department chief Fadzil Ahmat was asked by the Koh family lawyer Jerald Gomez whether police could obtain information from the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) on the functionality of its CCTVs .
“I know that images from the cameras can be linked to the control room at the Petaling Jaya district police headquarters but I don’t know the extent of their functionality,” he said.
Asked whether police could make recordings through the link, Fadzil confirmed that this can be done…
